Parkade
A wet parkade is not automatically a plumbing leak.
Boards see water on a parkade slab and hear three theories before lunch. The useful work is to separate building plumbing from structure and from snow melt.
Record where and when it appears.
A leak that follows a thaw is different from a leak that follows laundry hour. Photograph the same stall over a few events if it is safe to do so.
Look up, then look at the piping.
Soffit piping, sprinkler lines, and suite drains can wet a parkade. So can a failed membrane. The first photo should include the ceiling and the floor.
Do not salt-and-squeegee away the evidence.
Cleaning is reasonable for safety. Washing away the only stain pattern before anyone looks is not.

If the question is the water source, start with investigation. Membrane replacement is a different scope once the source is understood.
Can meltwater look like a burst pipe?
Yes. That is why timing and weather belong in the notes.
