Claim support

A claim needs a finding, not a theory that sounds like a claim.

Adjusters ask where water started, when, and what was seen. An investigation that answers those questions is useful. An investigation that promises coverage is not.

Say what was tested.

Methods, rooms entered, and what could not be accessed belong in the note. A claim file hates mystery.

Separate source from damage extent.

Finding a failed supply is one task. Measuring every wet bay for restoration is another. Mixing them without saying so creates gaps.

No coverage opinions.

ProShield will not write that a policy must pay. The record should still be clear enough that an adjuster can work from it.

Questions people ask

Will you speak to my adjuster?

If the corporation or the client asks, a factual summary of the visit can be shared. It will be the same facts, not a tailored version.

Do I need a claim number before you attend?

Not for active water. For a planned visit, having the building contact and access is more important than a number.

Need a clear next step?

If water is actively causing damage, call. If the condition is stable, send a callback request.
