After hours, call. Do not wait for the office to open.
Water does not keep office hours. A stain that waits until Monday can become a failed ceiling. The building still needs a contact who can open doors.
Use the emergency contacts the building already named.
Most corporations list an after-hours manager or security number. Call that person and ProShield if water is active.

Do not hunt for a main valve in the dark.
Unlabelled valves in parkades and mechanical rooms are easy to get wrong. Stay out of unsafe rooms. Ask the building contact to handle building-level shutoffs.
Leave a paper trail for the morning.
Write the time, who you called, and what was still wet. The day staff and the insurer will ask. A short note beats a reconstructed story.

Can I just email the board?
